Welcome to the Cyber Security & Forensic Summit 2025 landing page. Join us from the 14th to 16th of October in Jakarta for an immersive experience focused on the latest advancements in cyber security and digital forensics. Chief of Staff to the President (KSP)

Dr. Muhammad Qodari, S.Psi., M.A. is the Chief of Presidential Staff of the Republic of Indonesia, appointed in September 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Indonesia, a Master of Arts in Political Behavior from the University of Essex, and a Doctorate in Political Science from Gadjah Mada University. Before his current role, he served as Deputy Chief of Presidential Staff and held key positions in research and political analysis, including at ISAI, CSIS, and the Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI). He later founded and led Indo Barometer, a national research institution. With over 20 years of experience in political communication and public policy, Dr. Qodari is known for his data-driven approach and strategic insight in supporting effective governance and national policymaking.

Mediodecci Lustarini, S.K.M., S.H, M.C.MS.
Secretary of the Directorate General for Digital Space Supervision

Mediodecci Lustarini is the Secretary of the Directorate General for Digital Space Supervision at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi). She began her career in 2006 and has over 18 years of experience in communication, law, and international cooperation. She played a key role in the G20 Indonesia 2022 Presidency and in drafting Presidential Regulation No. 32 of 2024 on digital platform responsibility for quality journalism. Mediodecci holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health from Universitas Sriwijaya, a Master’s in Communications and Media Studies from Monash University, and a Bachelor’s in Law from Universitas Terbuka. A Humphrey Fellow (2023), she has also completed leadership and media programs at Harvard Kennedy School and BBC Media Action.

Her expertise spans strategic communication, policy analysis, and digital governance, reflecting her commitment to strengthening Indonesia’s digital and information ecosystem.

Mayor Jenderal TNI Bondan Widiawan, S.Kom., M.Si., CEH, ECIH
Deputi II Bidang Operasi Keamanan Siber dan Sandi di Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN)

Mayor Jenderal TNI Bondan Widiawan is a senior officer currently serving as the Deputy II for Cyber Security and Cryptography Operations at the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). He earned a Diploma from the State University of Jakarta in 1990, a Bachelor’s degree from the Jakarta College of Computer Science in 1996, and a Master’s degree from the University of Indonesia in 2004. In addition to his role at BSSN, he has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Indonesian Digital Forensics Association since 2019 and was a member of the Cybersecurity Expert Team for the Ministry of Communication and Information’s 5G Implementation Task Force in 2021. His expertise is supported by various international certifications, including Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Incident Handler, Lawful Interception (USA), and Incident Response Counter Terrorism Training (Canada).

Direktuk Operasi Kemanan Siber - Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara

Andi Yusuf, M.T. currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security Operations at the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). With a strong background in cryptography, cyber operations, and national security, he has held various key positions including Head of Cyber Attack Detection Subdirectorate and Researcher in Cryptography at the National Crypto Agency. He earned his D3 in Cryptology from the State Cryptography Academy, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Pancasila, and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Indonesia. Andi has led major national cyber security operations, serving as Commander of the Cyber Security Task Force for the G20 Summit (2022), ASEAN Summit (2023), AIS Summit (2023), and F1H2O World Championship (2024). He has also contributed to the academic field with over 20 national and 4 international scientific papers, underscoring his expertise and leadership in advancing Indonesia’s cyber defense capabilities.

indonesian National Police - Forensic Laboratory Center
Police Chief Commissioner Muhammad Nuh Al Azhar, serving as Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) Secretary. With over 16 years of experience, he has handled over 300 cases involving more than 1700 pieces of digital evidence. An expert in digital forensics, he is also a Certified EC-Council Instructor and has taught numerous CHFI classes. He holds an MSc in Forensic Informatics from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and is a recognized author and speaker in the field.

Intelligence & National Security Advisor

Dr. Stepi Anriani, S.I.P., M.Si is an intelligence and national security expert serving as Executive Director of Intelligence and National Security Studies (INSS) and Special Staff to the Head of BAIS TNI. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Government Science from Universitas Padjadjaran, a Master’s in Strategic Intelligence Studies, and a Doctorate in Public Policy from the University of Indonesia, all with cum laude honors. Her expertise covers intelligence analysis, counterintelligence, and national security policy, with a research focus on Papua’s special autonomy and collaborative governance. A former lecturer at UI and STIN, she has been a speaker for institutions such as LEMHANAS, BIN, BNPT, BSSN, and TNI. She also leads PT Satria Siber Nusantara (SSN) and founded the Cendrawasih Reading Centre in Papua, reflecting her commitment to education, national awareness, and Indonesia’s strategic security development.

Special Assistant - Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia for Cybersecurity
Sylvia is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in networking and cybersecurity, both domestically and internationally. She is a graduate of LEMHANNAS PPSA XVII (2011) and has served as a Board Director of the APNIC Foundation since 2017. Currently, she holds the position of Special Assistant to the Minister of Defense for Cybersecurity (2025–present). Previously, she served as Chairperson of the Indonesian Information Technology Federation (FTII) from 2011 to 2019 and has also held key leadership roles in APJII, MASTEL, and KADIN. Internationally, Sylvia has been entrusted as Regional Director of the WiMAX Forum and Chief International Judge for APICTA in several countries, including Macao, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and Australia. In addition, she actively contributes to national ICT policy development through her involvement with the National ICT Council, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), Ministry of Industry, and Ministry of Trade.

Yustinus Kristianto Widiwardono, MIT is the Acting Chairman of the National Standardization Agency of Indonesia (BSN). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Tasmania (1992) and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Northern Territory University (2001). With extensive experience in standardization and conformity assessment, he has previously served as Deputy Chairman for National Measurement Standards and held several key leadership roles at BSN. Currently serving as an Inspector at the National Standardization Agency of Indonesia (BSN), she has over two decades of experience in standardization and accreditation. Her career began in 2002 at the Secretariat of the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), focusing on the Accreditation Process for Calibration Laboratories under the Deputy for Standard Implementation and Accreditation. She later served in Infrastructure for Standard Implementation and Quality Assurance (2017–2018) and Accreditation Systems and Harmonization (2019–2024). Her extensive background reflects strong dedication to advancing Indonesia’s standardization and accreditation framework.

Deputy Chairman for General Affairs , National Standardization Agency of Indonesia (BSN)

Satriyo Wibowo, S.T., MBA, M.H., IPM is a cybersecurity and data protection expert serving as Lead Data Protection Consultant at PT Xynexis International. He is Co-Chair of the IAPP Indonesia Chapter, member of the IAPP Asia Advisory Board, and Board Secretary of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum. He has contributed to national cybersecurity standards and policies through roles in Kominfo, BSSN, and BSN’s Technical Committee 35-04, including leading the SKKNI on Personal Data Protection. A participant of the IVLP 2019 on Cybersecurity Policy and recipient of the 2022 EC-Council Instructor Circle of Excellence, he integrates engineering, management, and law in strengthening Indonesia’s cybersecurity framework.

Ardi Sutedja K. is the founder and Chairman of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cybersecurity in Indonesia. Ardi also serves as the President Director of Indonesia Dirgantara Expo (IDEX) and has held advisory roles in Indonesia’s ICT Community (MASTEL). Oliva Regina, S.Tr.MP., M.T. is a distinguished cybersecurity professional with nearly a decade of experience at the National and Crypto Agency of Indonesia, specializing in digital forensics and cyber incident response. Currently serving at the Digital Forensics Laboratory of the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN), she has been deeply involved in numerous high-profile cyber investigation cases. Beyond her technical expertise, Oliva has shared her knowledge as an instructor for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), EC-Council certifications, and ADEFR LSPro BSSN, while also serving as a Guest Lecturer at the Polytechnic of Cyber and Crypto State. A graduate of the University of Indonesia with a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Future Internet, she holds multiple international certifications in digital forensics, incident handling, ethical hacking, and information security. Dr. Yudi Prayudi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), where he also serves as the Director of the Center for Digital Forensics Studies (PUSFID/CDFS). In addition to his role at UII, he is also a teaching staff member in the Master of Digital Forensics program at Telkom University. He is widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s leading experts in digital forensics and cybersecurity, frequently serving as an expert witness in cybercrime cases and as a consultant for forensic laboratories, law enforcement agencies, and government institutions. For more than two decades, Dr. Yudi has been engaged in teaching and research on computer security, digital evidence, forensic methodologies, chain of custody, steganography, watermarking, multimedia forensics, and forensic readiness frameworks.

Police Senior Superintendent Gani Fernando Siahaan, S.I.K., M.H., currently serves as the Acting Head of Sub-Directorate III within the Directorate of Cyber Crime (Dittipidsiber), Criminal Investigation Departement (Bareskrim) of the Indonesian National Police (INP). This Sub-Directorate oversees several critical technical support units, including the Digital Forensics Laboratory.
A graduate of the Police Academy in 1999,  He possesses decades of experience in the field of criminal investigation (reserse), having served within the Cyber Crime Directorate since 2024.
The Senior Police Officer, who holds a Master of Laws degree from Tanjung Pura University, previously held strategic positions, including the Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) for the North Sulawesi Regional Police, along with other significant roles within the National Police Corps.

Muhamad Erza Aminanto, Ph.D
Monash University Indonesia - Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator Master Cyber Security Program
Erza is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of Cyber Security at Monash University, Indonesia. He also serves as a Senior Research Scientist and Lead Data Scientist at Jakarta Smart City, while contributing as a Lecturer in both the Faculty of Computer Science and the Police Science Studies Program at the University of Indonesia (UI). Beyond academia, he has worked as a Special Staff to the Governor of North Maluku in the field of smart city and data. Internationally, Erza was a visiting researcher at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Tokyo, Japan. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Cryptology and Information Security from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), as well as a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Cyber Security from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
