Izazi Mubarok
Chairman of Indonesia Digital Forensic Association (AFDI)
Izazi Mubarok is a Digital Forensics Specialist at the Directorate General of Taxes, MoF RI, with over 300 cases of experience. He is also the Chairman of the Indonesian Digital Forensics Association (AFDI) and founded Forensor.com. He holds a Master's in Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation from University College Dublin and contributes to DF research, education, and consultancy.

Nur Azhar Ayob
Cellebrite - VP APAC Strategic Partnerships and Business Development
Nur Azhar Ayob is the Vice-President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for Cellebrite in the Asia Pacific. Cellebrite leads in digital forensics, partnering with organizations to enhance data handling in investigations for justice and security. Azhar has over 20 years of experience in public safety and technology, previously serving as the APAC Head of Site Integrity at Twitter and a senior Superintendent in the Singapore Police Force. He also held roles at INTERPOL, where he developed global cybercrime strategies and led initiatives to strengthen cybercrime-fighting capabilities. Azhar holds degrees from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University.

Ricky Fan
Data Expert Technology - Director
Ricky Fan is an experienced IT and Security specialist with 19+ years of expertise in Digital Forensic and Incident Response, Data Recovery, Data Erasure, and computer crime investigations. He holds multiple certifications, including IACIS Mobile Device Examiner (ICMDE), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), and Cryptocurrency Tracing Certified Examiner (CTCE). Ricky has been awarded the 2021 Cyber Security Professional Award - Silver in Hong Kong and has instructed law enforcement on digital data handling and recovery across Asia.

Muhammad Nuh Al-Azhar
indonesian National Police - Forensic Laboratory Center
Police Chief Commissioner Muhammad Nuh Al Azhar, serving as Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) Secretary. With over 16 years of experience, he has handled over 300 cases involving more than 1700 pieces of digital evidence. An expert in digital forensics, he is also a Certified EC-Council Instructor and has taught numerous CHFI classes. He holds an MSc in Forensic Informatics from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and is a recognized author and speaker in the field.

Ardi Sutedja
Indonesia Cyber Security Forum - Chairman
Ardi Sutedja K. is the founder and Chairman of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting cybersecurity in Indonesia. He has over 28 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, IT risk assessment, and incident management across private and public sectors. Ardi also serves as the President Director of Indonesia Dirgantara Expo (IDEX) and has held advisory roles in Indonesia’s ICT Community (MASTEL). He holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Indonesia and an MBA from SUNY Buffalo.

Ms. Angelia Tan is a seasoned leader in law enforcement security with over 20 years of experience in business growth, strategic transformation, and stakeholder engagement. She is currently the General Manager at Omni Integer, where she oversees strategy, sales, marketing, and partnerships to drive the company’s vision and expansion. Previously, she co-founded IDLink Systems Pte Ltd and served as Sales Director, shaping its market presence, leading the sales force, and elevating the firm’s public profile through initiatives such as the annual Biometric Forum in collaboration with government agencies. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Psychology from Arizona State University, Angelia is widely recognized for her expertise in strategic planning, operations, digital transformation, and technical operations, and remains a driving force in advancing innovative solutions and trusted partnerships in the security and law enforcement sector.

Sam Soumo Das
Cellebrite - Regional Channel Director, APAC
With 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Sam Soumo Das brings over two decades of expertise in alliances and channel business across the Asia-Pacific region. He spent 14 years at Oracle in five different regional roles spanning three countries, driving strategic growth and partner success. Sam later established and designed the Everbridge Partner Ecosystem in APAC from the ground up, creating a strong foundation for regional expansion. Earlier this year, he joined Cellebrite as Regional Channel Director, APAC, where he continues to build and strengthen partner networks to empower digital intelligence solutions across the region.

Rozaili Idris
Magnet Forensics - Solutions Consultant
Rozaili Idris is a digital forensics specialist with a strong background in law enforcement and forensic solutions, focusing on digital investigations and evidence analysis. Having been a technical trainer providing digital forensics certification training, along with hands-on experience in law enforcement and forensic solutions, he brings a well-rounded perspective on both the technical and operational aspects of digital forensics. Now a Solutions Consultant at Magnet Forensics, he focuses on empowering investigative teams with innovative tools to enhance digital evidence analysis and case management.

Muhamad Erza Aminanto, Ph.D
Monash University Indonesia - Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator Master Cyber Security Program
Erza is an Assistant Professor and Program Director of Cyber Security at Monash University, Indonesia. He also serves as a Senior Research Scientist and Lead Data Scientist at Jakarta Smart City, while contributing as a Lecturer in both the Faculty of Computer Science and the Police Science Studies Program at the University of Indonesia (UI). Beyond academia, he has worked as a Special Staff to the Governor of North Maluku in the field of smart city and data. Internationally, Erza was a visiting researcher at the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Tokyo, Japan. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Cryptology and Information Security from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), as well as a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Cyber Security from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
